Learning outcomes:
On successful completion of this course, students will be able to: LO1 – Classify characteristics of legal research methods from those of non-legal research methods; LO2 – Create legal issue as a potential research statement supported with rationale behind; LO3 – Build a simple research proposal based on a certain legal issue with a right choice of legal research method.
