Learning Outcomes:
On successful completion of this Course, students will be able: To identify the context and characteristics of tourism organizations;To describe different elements of the tourism organization’s environment and their influence on strategy formulation and implementation;To identifies and evaluates different methods of collaboration for tourism firms in order to develop new products and to penetrate new markets;To apply best practices of strategy formulation and implementation, respectively.
