On successful completion of this Course, students will be able to:Apply the basic model, the benefits of good strategic management, role and the process of developing vision and mission statements in strategic management; Design vision-misssion statement, key success factors for external-internal scanning, the industrial organization and RBV view, Porter’s Five generic strategies, 16 types of business strategies and three-stage framework for choosing among alternative strategies;     Analyze strategic management as TOWS, SPACE, IE, Grand Strategy, BCG Matriks and QSPM; Design of the business strategy , annual objectives , policies, and implementation-evaluation strategy
