CAPACITY BUILDING IN MANAGING COMMUNITY (4 Credits)

Learning Outcomes:

After completing this course, students are expected to apply soft skills in the real world that can be a reflection for their development. The goal of this implementation is to be able to apply Employability and Entrepreneurial Skills in managing and empowering the society or community.

1. There are 6 key soft skills (Communication, Self-development, Team work, Problem Solving and Decision Making, Planning and Organizing Initiative and Enterprise);
2. Numerical literacy;
3. English proficiency and ICT Skills.
