Upon successful completion of this course, students are expected to be able to: Define the essentials of strategic management concepts and issues; Analyze the environment and the strategic issues; Analyze the ethical impact of strategies; Explain how to execute the strategy.
The course introduces the core concept of strategic management, the analytical tools to evaluate a company’s environment, resources and competitiveness. It emphasis on the development and execution of the strategy.
