Learning Outcomes:

Upon successful completion of this course, students are expected to explain the background behind different styles and forms of illustrations, and the various types of illustration; Demonstrate the ability to work with different medium for creating illustration; Apply different types of illustration based on its function; Demonstrate the ability to operate the tools and software commonly used in the creation of illustration projects.

Pencil Illustration, Watercolor a colored pencil, Acrylic, poster and oil painting, Intro to Adobe Photoshop (photo manipulation), Digital Art, Vector vs Bitmap, Adobe Illustrator, Magazine Illustration, Fashion Illustration, Editorial Illustration.
