Learning Outcomes :

Upon successful completion of this course, students are expected to be able to demonstrate a comprehensive knowledge of legal issues and principles in Indonesian business environment; apply practical knowledge of specific Legal Aspect in Economy issue in real situation.

Topics :

This course is designed to introduce students to laws and regulations that have important impact on business. It comprises the concepts of Legal Aspect in Economics that determine the rights, duties and obligations of persons involved in business.
