On successful completion of this course, student will be able to: Explain Airport, Airfield, Airport Facilities, Airplane Characteristic, Terms of Aviation, airport configuration and air traffic management; Explain airport master plan, regulation and feasibility study of airport; Calculate geometric areal of runway and taxiway; Design of terminal area; Calculate airport pavement and drainage; Describe environmental impact of the airport.
