Learning Outcomes:

On successful completion of this course, student will be able to: LO1 – Explain Airport, Airfield, Airport Facilities, Airplane Characteristic, Terms of Aviation, airport configuration and air traffic management; LO2 – Explain airport master plan, regulation and feasibility study of airport; LO3 – Calculate geometric areal of runway and taxiway; LO4 – Design of terminal area; LO5 – Calculate airport pavement and drainage; LO6 – Describe environmental impact of the airport.
