Learning Outcomes:
On successful completion of this course, students will be able to: define literacy and the literacy skills for students at elementary, middle, and high school levels; review the past and current studies on literacy teaching and learning for ELL; design a literacy teaching and learning lesson plan for students in and outside of classes; propose solutions to the issues and problems in teaching and learning literacy skills ( Indonesian context).
