Learning outcomes:

By the end of this course, students shall understand the possible risks a country is going to face while conducting business activity in other country/countries. This course will discuss about various kinds of the risks that may occur as a consequence of doing such a business. In this course, students are asked to make a scenario on the possible risk a country is going to face when it conducts business activity in another country.
