On successful completion of this course, students will be able to: LO1 – Describe Describe production/operations management concepts, including (but not limited to) forecasting, aggregate planning, production control system, inventory control, warehousing system, and operations/personnel/project scheduling; LO2 – Differentiate Differentiate production and operation analysis tools, including (but not limited to) tools for forecasting, aggregate planning, Production Controlling (MRP, JIT ), operations and personnel scheduling; LO3 – Apply Apply production and operation analysis techniques and its related software; LO4 – Analyze Analyze the production and operation analysis results to identify the optimal processes; LO5 – recommend Recommend optimal processes utilizing production and operation analysis approach.
