IS STRATEGY, MANAGEMENT AND ACQUISITION (4 Credits)
Learning Outcomes:
On successful completion of this course, students will be able to: demonstrate business strategy to drive organizational strategy and information system strategy; use the theory to describe the strategy (vision) for the implementation of infrastructure design, including attention to the security system design and maturity level; use theory to describe the strategy (vision) to the implementation of business of IT including Valuing IT Investment, balanced Scorecard, Funding IT department and TCO Component; demonstrate various aspects of outsourcing, project management including the latest development methods; explore the basics of Business Intelligence and analytical practices, as well as knowledge management; make decision with ethical or moral aspect of using information.
