Learning Outcomes:
On successful completion of this course, students will be able to: explain the main idea (background, development, subject, and sources) of international trade, commerce, and multimodal; explain the GATT as the primary regulation in international trade law, including GATS, AoA, and TRIPS; explain the TM Convention, the Rotterdam Rules, and the ASEAN Framework Agreement Multimodal Transport, including the settlement dispute in international trade, commerce, and multimodal.
