PROJECT MANAGEMENT (3 SCU)
Learning Outcomes:
Upon successful completion of this course, students are expected to be able to: evaluate a project initiation; create a project plan; analyze a project execution; apply project monitor and control; organize a project closing.
Topics :
This course gives an overview of initiating, planning, performing, and controlling the project as well as understanding key aspects to project success. This course consists of 13 chapters from discussing the project management concepts up to the project management organizational structures. To complete the students’ learning experience, group discussions, internet exercises, student assignments, and quizzes are also incorporated in this course. In the middle of the semester, the mid-term exam will be held and at the end of the semester will be the final exam.
