Learning Outcomes:
On successful completion of this course, student will be able to: solve quantitative problems in topics of System Units, Vectors, Motion Along Straight Line, Two- Dimensional Motion, Force and Motion, Kinetic Energy and Work, Potential Energy and Conservation of Energy, Centre of Mass and Linear Momentum, Rotational Motion, Equilibrium and Elasticity, Gravitation, Fluids, Oscillations, Waves, Temperature, and Heat and the First Law of Thermodynamics; explain the concept and application of Kinetic Energy and Work, Potential Energy and Conservation of Energy, Centre of Mass and Linear Momentum, Rotational Motion, Equilibrium and Elasticity, Gravitation, Fluids, Oscillations, Waves,; execute a planned experiment of Parabolic Motion, Newton’s Law, Sliding Friction, Work Energy Theorem, Hooke’s Law, Conservation of Momentum, and Conservation of Angular Momentum; analyze the results of the planned experiments to create scientific reports of Parabolic Motion, Newton’s Law, Sliding Friction, Work Energy Theorem, Hooke’s Law, Conservation of Momentum, and Conservation of Angular Momentum.
