CHEMISTRY (3 Credits)
Learning Outcomes:
On successful completion of this course, student will be able to: apply the stoichiometric concepts in prediction of raw materials and products in industry; calculate volume of the ideal gas in certain pressure and temperature; describe metal and non-metal properties used in industrial processes; analyze the equilibrium reactions in industry to obtain efficiency; calculate the mass of metal coating on the electroplating process; explain three types of corrosion and identify chemical reaction responsible for corrosion.
