Learning Outcomes
Upon successful completion of this course, students are expected to be able to explain the concepts and principles of corporate law; research, analyze and interpret relevant provisions of the Corporations Act and cases; apply relevant legal concepts and principles in the analysis and solving of corporate law problems and case studies; construct a coherent and logical legal argument; use effective communication skills in both writing and oral presentations with clear, concise and appropriate language.
Topics
This course provides students with knowledge of regulatory framework, registration and its effects to company’s internal and external relationships.
