This course, governed by Curtin University of Technology, is equivalent with Binus AC 409 Corporate Financial Reporting Analysis. The aim of the unit is to provide a framework for using financial statement data in a variety of business analysis contexts. More specifically, this unit aims to introduce students to the essential concepts and tools of modern financial statement analysis; to use these tools to analyze the profitability, risk and cash flows of a corporation; to explore the theories of prospective analysis and valuation models and to apply these to a corporation;
Prerequisite: AC407 – Financial Accounting II
