Upon successful completion of this course, students are expected to be able to explain and interpret the basic knowledge of the equity analysis; to apply and compare the suitable equity analysis used in real problems/cases; to demonstrate a working knowledge of equity analysis; and to demonstrate creative thinking skills to provide equity analysis from different perspectives

1. This course studies different methods in valuing stock or equity
2. Topics covered in this course include Discounted Dividend valuation, Free Cash Flow valuation, Residual Income valuation, Market-Based Valuation and Private Company valuation
3. The course will also cover the process of doing stock / equity valuation and the concept of risk and return
