Learning Objectives

The purpose of this course is to provide an understanding of the practices in the courts in bankruptcy cases and copyrights in the commercial court, and employment cases in court of PHI, the litigants in court procedures as well as PHI have the same commercial principle of justice: a quick, cheap and simple process as stated in the legislation.

Topics

This course is conducted by the method of simulation trials in both the commercial court and PHI related to:

The procedures of filing a lawsuit
Registration procedures
Trial procedure in filing a lawsuit
Peace efforts (for PHI is simulated mediation in the Department of Labor)
Preparing a reply and closing argument
Searching for evidence
Presenting evidence in trial
Legal efforts (cassation / court appeal)
