Learning Objectives
Students are expected to know and understand both general and specialized theories of in Private International Law so that they are able to identify the legal relations that are characterized by private International Law, and to resolve legal problems that arise in legal relations that contain a foreign element, and able to identify the relationship between national legal systems and foreign legal systems.
