Learning Objectives

This course aims to give students basic knowledge of the sale and purchase transactions carried out between companies (business transactions) in the review from a legal perspective both nationally and internationally (import-export). This is part of the corporate strategy that requires its own understanding of the wealth, assets and liabilities of a business.
