INTERDISCIPLINARY SEMINAR (2 Credits)

Learning Outcomes:

On successful completion of this course, students will be able to: prepare students for Business Startup Project. As part of the seminar, each student is responsible for creating Interdisciplinary Team; completing a written proposal for Business Startup Project; and presenting the project proposal orally in the context of the seminar.

Topics:

1. Collaborated with other double majors students to formulate a specific Business Startup Project Plan;
2. Conducted literature review relevant to a specific business;
3. Collaborated with other double majors students to develop current marketing review;
4. Written a project proposal outlining key elements of the proposed project;
5. Developed a budget for the proposed project;
6. Developed a timeline for the proposed project;
7. Presented the project proposal orally in seminar;
8. Committed to executed the project proposal in Interdisciplinary Team, until launching Business;
9. Startup when taking J1744 Interdisciplinary Project class.
