Learning Outcomes:
On Successful Completion of this course, students will obtain: The ability to develop international business strategy formulation in industry; The ability to calculate gains from trade, costs of trade, and the competitive strategy of the international business in industry; The ability to analyze alternative modes of market entry, including import and export through intermediaries, contracting with suppliers and distributors, strategic alliances and foreign direct investment (FDI) in industry; The ability to apply the principles of multinational business management and strategy in industry.
