Learning Outcomes:
Upon successful completion of this course, students are expected to be able to: Understand communication strategies for social media content production; Explain different tools for social media analytics; and Design social media plan and content strategies for a professional case.
Topics:
This course introduces students to topics including social media analytics; Ethical and Legal Fundamentals in social media; research on social media; Strategic Planning for Social Media; Strategic writing for social media; Audience Segmentation and Analysis; Measurement, Evaluation, Budget, and Calendar; and how social media strategies are applied.
