Upon successful completion of this course, students are expected to be able to: Describe the role of public relation in crisis communication; Identify crisis communication using the application of public relation theory; Interpret crisis communication situation using the application of public relation theory; Interpret various aspects of crisis communication theory; Apply public relation plan to manage crisis communication; Analyze crisis communication case studies.
