WORKPLACE ETHICS AND BEHAVIOR (4 SCU)
Learning Outcomes:
Upon completion of this course, students will be able to identify professional contexts in the workplace; choose appropriate professional attitudes to build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders; as well as act as professional communicators.
Topics:
This course will introduce students to business ethics in the workplace. Students will learn to use verbal and non-verbal communication, negotiation, teamwork, professional writing, leadership, and conflict management in the workplace. Students will also try to solve problems in the workplace through various case studies.
