Learning Outcomes:
Upon successful completion of this course, students are expected to be able to: Demonstrate journalistic skill for broadcast media; Demonstrate the ability to use technology and equipment for broadcast media; Develop journalistic skills in conducting field reporting for broadcast journalism; Create a journalism outcome for broadcast media.
Topics:
The course introduces techniques in media production, in order to create effective journalism using words and pictures. This class practices the basic fundamentals of broadcast production, including writing, producing, and editing to create broadcasts for TV programs.
