Learning Outcomes:
Upon successful completion of this course, students are expected to be able to: describe the structure, function, and transformation of media organizations in the digital era, analyze the dynamics of audience behavior, media monetization, and digital innovation in new media businesses, evaluate the ethical, legal, and societal impacts of managing a digital media enterprise, and develop a strategic business plan for a new media product that incorporates technological tools, audience strategies, and sustainable monetization.
