OBJECT ORIENTED PROGRAMMING (4 SCU)
Learning Outcomes:
Upon successful completion of this course, students are expected to be able to: identify and define the computing requirements to solution; explain fundamental building blocks of object oriented programming; and create an application using the Java the programming language.
Topics:
This course is an introduction to object-oriented programming using Java. It provides a detailed discussion of different object – oriented programming concepts including classes, objects, encapsulation, inheritance and polymorphism. Event handling, exception handling and API programming are also taught to the students in this course.
