On successful completion of this course, students will be able to: LO1 – explain the definition of service design and its relation to principles of service design thinking; LO2 – apply methods and tools of service design as a kind of toolkit in iterative design process; LO3 – design innovative service blueprint that make them more useful, usable, desirable for clients and efficient as well as effective for organisations.
