Learning Outcomes:
On successful completion of this course, students will be able to: explain the concepts and theories of culture, cultural studies, and popular culture; analyze popular culture cases and phenomena with concepts and theories of cultural studies and popular culture; explain principles of film form, elements of cinematography, genre, history of film, and narrative structure in films; analyze films as an art and entertainment form based on the concepts and theories given.
