- Design the concept of business model, Industry and competitor analysis, business plan, marketing issues, and the proper ethical and legal foundation for entrepreneurial venture, and Building a New-Venture Team;
- Analyse the entrepreneurial venture’s financial strength and viability, new venture team, funding, marketing issues, Industry and competitor analysis, Importance of intellectual property, and franchising.
