DESIGN INNOVATION IN BUSINESS (4 Credits)
Learning Outcomes:
Students are able to integrate design work and studies with business values, this is done based on the canvas model business design.
Topics:
This course is designed to provide students with an understanding of the intersection between design and business. The course will cover topics such as design thinking, product development, branding, marketing, and entrepreneurship. Students will gain knowledge and skills in developing and managing a successful design business, including the ability to create and pitch a design proposal, identify target markets, and create a brand strategy. Students will also learn about the legal and financial aspects of running a design business, including intellectual property and funding.
