Learning Outcomes:
Upon successful completion of this course, students are expected to be able to : Apply the principle of visual merchandising in developing a window display, Design a creative concept of window display, Demonstrate a visual communication skill on wide range of audience.
Topics:
Visual merchandising is one of the important elements in retailing used to increase product or service sales by combining products, environments, and spaces into a stimulating and appealing display. This course focuses on the principle of visual merchandising where students can develop their knowledge of the retail industry by learning how to attract customers through relevant ideas of display and styling to create the store’s desired image. Pre-requisite: None
