Learning Outcomes:
On successful completion of this course, student will be able to: LO1 – Describe finance for entrepreneurs and develop business idea, organizing, preparing, evaluating financial statements and Process IPO in Indonesia; LO2 – calculate managing cash flow and capital cost WACC, EVA; LO3 – Analyze projected annual sales related financial statement, valuing early-stage venture, venture capital valuation; LO4 – explain other financing alternatives and securities structure and determining enterprise value, harvesting business venture investment.
