Introduction to Animation

Learning Outcomes

Upon successful completion of this course, students are expected to be able to : Explain basic elements and basic concept of animation movement ; Create a very short two-dimension animation ; Create a very short stop-motion animation ; Create a very short computer animation.

Topics

The course introduces students to animation techniques, from the basic two-dimension drawing animation, celluloid drawing, stop-motion, rotoscope, and ends with introduction to computer animation.

Prerequisite : FM312 – History af Art,or AD101 – History of Indonesian Art and AD102 – History of Western Art
