- Units and dimensions system, thermodynamics, and energy balance in food processing, water vapor as a heat source, fluid flow, heat transfer, transfer period.
- Material handling processes (Raw-material handling), size reduction, enlargement, material handling, separation by sedimentation, centrifugation-filtration, mixing-homogenisasi, extraction, evaporation, crystallization, distillation, drying, cooling, freezing, and extrusion.
