Learning Outcomes:
The students are able to understand about the kinds of food additives, as well as the ins and outs of function use. In addition, the students are able to expected to understand about the rules or regulations for the protection of consumers and the food industry, provide knowledge of food laws and regulations for the protection of consumers and the food industry, application of law, the need and choice of food regulation that is used by countries and international agencies on the quality, safety, use and nutritional value of food.
