Learning Outcomes
Upon successful completion of this course, students are expected to be able to familiarize the student with the fundamental interventions to organizational processes and their contexts in order to form rationale for growth decision-making; use the knowledge, tools and skills to produce new ideas related to business growth through practical knowledge of organizational development and change management initiatives.
Topics
This course emphasizes the importance of change and why it is needed. It deals also with how planned change to organizations can bring forward organizational improvement and effectiveness, by providing organization-wide change strategies through various approaches and their integration. The course will also provide students and managers with tools to make growth-oriented business decisions in order to response to changing business environment.
