Upon successful completion of this course, students are expected to be able to define and explain Business Management principles and processes by understanding the strategic business in micro and macro environment. Students also expected to be able to analyze situations and competitors and formulating effective and powerful strategy in order to win the competition; demonstrate an understanding of the importance of information collection, communication and dissemination among organizational functions, apply comprehensive business management approach to support strategic decision-making in local as well as global organizational scope
