HOTEL OPERATIONS SUPERVISORY (4 Credits)
Learning Outcomes:
On successful completion of this course, students will be able to: LO1 – Identify the supervisor’s role in decision making, problem solving, and delegation of duties; LO2 – Examine practices of technical, human, and conceptual skills used by hospitality supervisors; LO3 – Analyze techniques for effective communication, motivation and leadership as supervisory management tools in hospitality industry.
