Learning Outcomes :
On successful completion of this course, student will be able to: Explain the principles and the importance of integrated information systems; Describe the distinguishing modular characteristics of ERP software; Analyze different business functions that can be integrated in SAP’s ERP system. Develop process models of an ERP system. Analyze the key issues in managing an ERP implementation project supporting business intelligence. Apply the multitude of analytical tools to design business processes using various methods of business process analysis; Perform analysis using analytical queuing methods; Build analytical models for cycle time analysis and capacity decision.
