1. Briefing and Explain of subject matter;
2. Observation, Survey and Interview;
3. Generate pre-report based on Observation, Survey and Interview;
4. Perform to analyze the business process base on data collected;
5. Analyzing and define the current issues in organization, based on analyze results in current business process;
6. Creating proposed new system, based on the issues that have been determined;
7. Define the method used in the new system;
8. Conduct planning stages in accordance with the method used (Phase 1);
9. Conduct planning stages in accordance with the method used (Phase 2);
10. Conduct planning stages in accordance with the method used (Phase 3);
11. Conduct planning stages in accordance with the method used (Phase 4);
12. Presenting the results of design and completing the design;
13. Finalization of the project and submit.
