Learning Outcomes:
On successful completion of this course, students will be able to: identify the fundamentals of finance and analytical tools including developing models, building analytical capability, and presenting and communicating financial information; explain the performance management and developing key performance indicators integrating it with other including benchmarking and competitive analysis.; construct the best practices in developing projections and plans budgets, operating plans, business and long-term projections; analyze techniques for planning, and improving on key performance drivers: revenue and margin growth, operating effectiveness, capital management, and cost of capital; identify the business valuation, value drivers, and analysis of mergers, acquisitions, and the evaluation of capital investments.
