It will examine the steps required in developing an idea into a business and will explore the tools and necessary insights to make a successful venture. You will interpret and employ theory to case studies. Guest speakers will present and discuss start-up issues, pitfalls, and the ingredients for success. You will also develop professional skills related to ethical and moral decision making and evaluate the social implications of their work and the broader global context.
