INFORMATION SYSTEMS STRATEGIC PLANNING (4 CREDITS)
Learning Outcomes:
On successful completion of this course, students will be able to: Explain how to develop align and integrate IS Strategy and Business Strategy; Choose the various issues and able to manage the implementation of an IS Strategy; Apply appropriate EA modelling and links it with Corporate IT and Business Policy, Strategy and Implementation; Formulate future IS strategy adjustment based on current trends; Implement the effective EA method in the real corporate setting by learning some case studies.
