Learning Outcomes :
On successful completion of this course, student will be able to: LO-1 : analyze the distinctive media theories and aesthetic principles that differentiate anime from other forms of animation, and how these principles inform manga and game design; LO-2 : evaluate he impact of industrial practices and fan cultures on the development of anime, manga, and games, including how fan participation and corporate strategies converge in Japan’s media ecosystem; LO-3 : Assess lobal–local dynamics in Japanese anime, manga, and game industries.
