Learning Outcomes:
Upon successful completion of this course, students are expected to be able to demonstrate basic communication skill in welcoming and serving guests, answering the phone, use of facilities, dealing with guest problems, provides general information in hotel and restaurant in Mandarin language
Topic:
The course is designed for students majoring in the field of Hospitality and Tourism Management. The course focuses on everyday communicative situations and aims to equip hospitality professionals with the foreign language necessary (Mandarin) to understand and respond to the specific needs of guests within hotel and restaurant operations as well as in the context of the travel and tourism industry.
