Upon successful completion of this course, students are expected to be able to: Explain principles of food safety in the global supply chain, explain and apply systematic food hygiene, safety and security management and process, identify and explain the risk management, emergencies and disaster influencing operations and management
Topic:
This course provides the essentials of food safety management in the global supply chain and how to implement and maintain a world-class food safety programs for all sectors and sizes of food businesses. It also provides guidance to management’s role in security amid the growing concern of loss prevention and security issues.
